All payment has to be made within 3 days of order confirmation and/or before closing date

We reserve the right to cancel the preorders and refunds will be made in such a case

All prices do not include postage. Postage is to be borne by the purchaser and this goes by weight. Currently delivery service is available within Malaysia and TAIWAN

All due care has been taken to ensure the quality and similarity of the clothing is identical with that as displayed. However, at certain times, the colour of the items displayed may not represent the actual item colour which may be due to colour lighting, photography lighting. As such, items may not represent 100% similarity to that of the pictures displayed.
Seller will not be responsible for any loss of items during delivery. However, be assured that items will be shipped by registered mail which can be tracked.
Exchange/Refund policy
NO exchanges / refunds are allowed for ALL items if buyer subsequently changes mind on design or size.

Only allowed for major tears and holes.
Defects have to be reported within 3 days of items receipt, after which, no exchanges shall be entertained. (All due care has been taken to inspect the goods before sending out, therefore, it is unlikely that items will have major defects).

對於國際訂單，請來信查詢。
所有商品已經過再三檢查，以確認衣服的樣式與顏色跟該顯示圖片相同。但是，顏色顯示出來的效果可能並不代表實際的項目的顏色，可能是由於彩色燈光，攝影照明。因此，項目可能並不代表跟該商品圖片100％相似性。
所有已寄出商品將可通過掛號碼追踪。
請恕賣方不承擔對於寄失與寄送過程的任何損失。
退換 / 退款條件：
對於頻繁需求換款和尺寸,請恕無法退換/退款。
對於售後發現有損壞或缺陷等商品必須在3日內上報項目的收據
賣方處理退換或退款之後 將無法受理 （本店已對售前商品作嚴格品質檢查）。
